Sound Healing is a healing therapy that uses vibrations of instruments such as tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, drumming, the voice to create a calmness in the body, cleanse chakras and your aura, release trauma, help with anxiety, etc
Sound healing works by penetrating the cells with different frequencies (sound waves) and the energy field around your body. Since every cell and organ in our body has its own frequency, sound is super affective at doing healing work
We are all just particles vibrating, made of up frequency and energy, which makes it a rsound healing a really good pairing
They’ve found that they can destroy cancer cells with certain sounds played together and are starting to integrate that into treatments in 2020
Also all of our trauma and feelings / emotions we experience gets stored in our body, so sounds help move that out of the cells and create healthy new cells, as well as a more relaxed and peaceful mind
