"Soundbath In The Park" summer series has returned & we will be having an event Thursday 9/21 in The Avenues from 700-815p, it's such a beautiful experience!

This will be a 75 minute event outside across from the capital overlooking memory grove, our meet-up location will be at 333 A Street  in The Avenues.

I will be guiding us through dynamic breathwork, meditation & closing with a relaxing soundbath as the sun sets over the valley, its truly a beautiful location.

Please arrive by 6:50p & bring a yoga mat or blanket unless you want to practice on the grass, also suggest bringing water / journal / crystals as you like :)

This class is donation based & for all levels of ability, I have created a "full pay option" tier of $20 available for those who are able to contribute for the class & a donation based tier with no minimum for a contribute what you can offering, if you are unable to financially contribute the best gift is to spread awareness & invite your tribe!
