Join us on Saturday April 20th for a total mind-body-spirit healing experience at Enlighten Wellness for our Earth Day Dance Event from 6-930pm.
Earth Day is upon us & this is a potent time to do deep healing work and reset your nervous system for the spring season while honoring Mother Earth with the spiritual work that you are able to achieve in your life. Yoga + Ecstatic Dance + Sound Healing are a potent trio to help move the stagnant energy in your body & come into total alignment.
The evening will begin with a non-heated Yoga Flow class led by Brandy from Enlighten Wellness at 6PM. Then we will transition into a Cacao Intention Ceremony, setting our intentions for Earth Day, followed by a 90 minute Ecstatic Dance Party where you will discover your truest self on the dance floor as the music takes you on a journey to an Ecstatic Bliss State. To conclude this transformative evening, we will have a gentle Soundbath & closing circle ending ceremony to honor the experience of dancing together.
Ecstatic Dance is all about dancing like no one is watching you; dancing without the judgment of others and dancing without limits. E-Dance is a free form of dance with the goal to achieve ecstasy. This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts and you get to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement. Besides the fact that it is a lot of fun to move your body to music, Ecstatic Dance is also scientifically proven to help your mental & physical health. The good thing about Ecstatic Dance is that there are almost no rules! There are only three important rules to bear in mind when you’re joining an Ecstatic Dance.

02. No talking on the dancefloor (connect in the lobby)
03. No judgement
A cacao ceremony is really an opportunity for people to come together in an intentional space and enjoy drinking ceremonial cacao whilst perhaps setting new intentions, sharing heart-felt insights, or being led through a meditation or visualisation of some kind. When Cacao is paired with Ecstatic Dance it is a magical experience that helps unlock your heart center like no other combination. Cacao is non-psychoactive & not caffeinated, yet will produce a euphoric & uplifting experience for those who drink the chocolate. Cacao is included with your ticket!
